BOS Curation Experience

To begin we invite you to enjoy sparkling wine as we welcome you to the BOS Wine Garden! Here we will be featuring wines grown from vineyards Dave has either personally farmed or consulted on in both Michigan and California.
As we seat you in our 1920s restored farmhouse you will sip on a selection of five small-batch wines, as well as savor delicious pairings that were carefully selected to go with each wine. Pairings include various meats, cheeses, and accouterments that our team has artfully curated just for this experience.
