Pet-Nat Style Sparkling Blend of Valvin Muscat & Pinot Blanc

Tasting Notes: Lilac & Lemon Balm

Vineyard: The Valvin Muscat is from Crystal Vista Vineyard located on a ridge in Interlochen, MI and Pinot Blanc is Old Mission Peninsula, MI.

Cellar: Dave fermented these grapes to dry, followed by light filtration. The light filtration gives the wine a better consistency between bottles as well as providing a beautifuly light efferevescence. The Valvin is aromatic while the Pinot Blanc gives it structure. The lighter bubbles makes it a fun wine to drink to share.
