Pinot Gris & Pinot Blanc co-fermented from Leelanau Peninsula and  Old Mission Peninsula, MI.

Tasting Notes: Orange Zest & Pear

This vintage of Wishflower is a beautiful blend of fruit from Leelanau and Old Mission Peninsulas. Dave co-fermented the Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc to create a well-balanced blend. Extended lees contact gives the wine a more refined finish on the palate. Our goal with the Wishflower label is to highlight the potential of Northern Michigan white wines and capture its elegance in every vintage.
