Michigan Red Blend - Marquette & Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes: Red Currant & Brandied Cherries

Vineyard: This vintage is a blend of fruit from Interlochen and Old Mission Peninsula. 

Cellar: The Marquette was fermented in concrete using carbonic maceration and then blened with Pinot Noir and aged in 100% stainless steel.  The Pinot Noir provides an elevated texture creating a fuller wine while the Marquette maintains the fresh and vibrant notes, this wine is best enjoyed young and a perfect pairing for Thanksgiving dinner.
